Where these tickets are loaded
None of these tickets is bought on paper: they are all loaded onto a contactless card from the Consorcio. The Tarjeta Transporte Público Personal costs €4.00, carries your photo and is the only one that takes travel passes and large-family or disability discounts; the Tarjeta Multi costs €2.50, is anonymous, is sold at any ticket machine or tobacconist and takes single tickets, 10-trip tickets and the tourist pass.
How to apply for them, where to top them up, what happens if you lose them and how to carry them on your phone is all in the transport card.
